Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Clara Mendes. We want you to love every piece you bring home. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, please contact us at with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return shipping instructions once your request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
Damages and Defects
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card provider first. If you still have not received it, contact us at .
